Faisal Ijaz (Faiz)

CEO & Founder

Faiz brings a rare blend of corporate discipline and real-world property experience.
With 22 years of senior leadership in operations, he spent his corporate career driving efficiency, building high-performing teams, and managing complex projects — skills that now translate directly into sourcing and structuring high-return real estate opportunities.

Alongside his corporate career, Faiz quietly built a property portfolio of his own, using multiple investment strategies including buy-to-let, BRRR refurbishments, and HMOs. Having personally experienced the full journey — from analysing deals and managing refurbishments to navigating lettings, tenants, lenders and planning — he understands not just the theory, but the reality of what makes an investment truly work.

As an experienced landlord and investor, Faiz knows how overwhelming the property world can feel for people who don’t have the time, knowledge or trusted support.
