Do you charge sourcing fees?
Yes — a transparent, fixed sourcing fee applies only when you select a deal. The amount will depend on a couple of different factors but is typically between £3-£6K plus VAT.
Can you work with overseas investors?
Absolutely — we frequently support overseas clients and arrange everything remotely.

Do you charge landowners for the feasibility review, planning or legal costs?
No. You won’t pay a penny.
Do you only work with land that already has planning permission?
No — we specialise in land with or without planning. Our planning consultants assess uplift potential.
What size of land do you consider?
From small plots with residential potential to multi-acre development opportunities.
How long does the process take?
Every site is different, but our initial feasibility is usually completed within 7–14 days.
Do you buy land directly?
We facilitate either an outright sale or a JV structure depending on the best outcome for the landowner.

Will I be pressured to accept an offer?
No. We present options — you decide what works best. There is zero obligation and no pressure.
Will I get below market value for a quick sale?
Yes. A rapid completion usually means a discount to market value — but we also offer investor match and strategic sale routes if maximising value is more important than speed. You choose the balance between speed and price.
Who buys the property — Navaar or an investor?
A: Both options are available. We may purchase directly, or we may match your property with one of our pre-vetted investors.
What if I’m unsure what the property is worth?
No problem — we provide a free valuation and feasibility review, including realistic sale options and timelines.
Will this affect my credit score?
